My client, a leading corporate finance boutique, requires a high-calibre Associate Director / Associate who is a qualified accountant (ACA / CA / ACCA / CPA / equivalent) to join their team as a result of increased dealflow and strong pipeline.

This leading midmarket player requires the successful candidate work on a range of corporate finance mandates including m&a, restructuring and general strategic advisory work.

This will involve supervising juniors and carrying out modelling, valuations and creditor analysis.  The boutique is highly entrepreneurial, and so the successful candidate will also be heavily involved in origination, with lots of client facing responsibility.

The client is seeking someone with several years' m&a or transaction services experience, most probably from a Big Four or top-tier practice, or a leading boutique.  This role would be ideal for someone looking to make a move from an accounting firm into a more specialised advisory environment.

Interviews are ongoing so interested candidates should contact me urgently.
