They are looking for a Charismatic Team Lead to guide a small team of European and Asian Specialist Support Analysts to continue to excel in their equity derivative application support services.   Coupled with strong understanding of front to back office systems (e.g. Sophis, SunGard, Trade, Fidessa, Collateral, Accounting Systems and GL etc), downstream applications and global market risk products ,  is essentially critical in successful delivering of various projects involving minor reconfiguration,  system testing, problem resolution, business system analysis, translating requirements to functional specification, change, escalation and vendor management.

 
We are looking for an experience team lead with deep understanding of trading, real time market data technologies and strong people skills to support their environment that is potentially moving towards a Grid / Virtualisation server based technology for trading and real time market data systems.  Having a strong background in UNIX shell scripting for batch job scheduling, Oracle/SQL, VBA, Object reporting tools, Windows, Solaris and Citrix are required.
