As a Consultant you will be involved in all aspects of sourcing, transacting and closing recruitment mandates, constantly working with both clients and candidates at the highest levels.  We have an enviable and highly developed client base, coupled with a vast network of contacts which will allow you to integrate and succeed quickly.  With average recruitment experience exceeding eight years per Consultant, you will benefit from extensive mentoring.

Candidates are likely to have one of the following profiles:

• at least 2 years’ experience from within a professional sales or recruitment environment. Previous exposure to corporate finance recruitment would be advantageous; or
• 1 – 3 years’ experience of working with corporate finance as an Analyst and now considering applying this knowledge in a different environment offering a more balanced, less deal-orientated life style.
