Our client is a top tier Investment bank, currently enjoying considerable growth in the market.  The energy group is one of the leading teams in Europe on all the key energy & utilities and oil & gas & chemical transactions.

Due to significant expansion in this sector we are looking to add to the team. We will consider someone who is an experienced M&A Associate with solid oil and gas sector experience.

You will need a proven track record in M&A transactions, executions, specialising in oil &gas deals. Your role will be to work closely with the Analysts and Associates to achieve deal executions and transactions and also work closely with the senior bankers to develop client interaction. You will need good general knowledge of the debt and equity capital markets as well as strong financial analytical skills.

You will ideally already be well established and working for a rival investment bank; however we will consider candidates from other backgrounds, if you have experience in corporate finance executions in the oil & gas sector. Ideally we are looking for a Russian speaker.
