To deliver this programme of change, Operations Technology need to build a team to deliver change "front-to-back" across a broad spectrum of products. The role is focussed within the Equities Operations business where the growth plans are most ambitious and where there is a need to invest in the infrastructure to build world class equities processing infrastructure to enable the revenue targets to be realised.

The right candidate will be highly motivated and effective working in teams and also individually to define and deliver change; you will have a detailed understanding of the global equities markets and the operations processes in particular and be able to interpret requirements to define and deliver strategic technology change.

It is essential for the candidate to have an excellent technical knowledge and communication skills along with the ability to innovate and implement change.

The purpose of the role is to work as the "Head of Equities Operations Technology" leading a regional team and working with the global team to define strategic roadmap for delivery and implement the roadmap with the full stakeholder engagement.

Essential skills include:

• Detailed knowledge of investment banking products in the global equitites business area.
• Detailed knowledge of operations (back office processes)
• Project Management and Business Analysis skills
• Experience implementing Back Office processing systems in an investment banking environment.
• Experience implementing vendor systems, ideally RIMS ro equivilent 

This role is based in Hong Kong and paid in Honk Kong $$$. A number of flights will also be provided as will accomodation.
