You will be responsible to manage project initiatives from middle office operations in order support the business units. Acting as the first point of contact, you will manage and report on the project ensuring successful delivery of change across the broad spectrum of the company.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Develop business relationships to define and manage project objectives, scope, deliverables, resources and timelines
Manage all aspects of the Middle Office System development, testing, installation and delivery
Monitor and report to the management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implement corrective actions.
Highly motivated and individual prepared to work/negotiate with a matrix environment
Essential skills
Minimum 3 years hands on experience in Banking Operations (Middle Office) combined with at least 2 years experience in Project Management
Must have experience of delivering end-to-end project
Able to comprehend the nature of the project
Proven track record of building excellent stakeholder relationships
Ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional and technology teams
Ability to build and maintain a high level of customer service, trust and confidence
Understanding of Investment Management Products and the associated risk is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
