• At least 3 - 4 years experience in an IB working on deal execution / origination in Hong Kong and Greater China. Post MBA Associate candidates of 1-2 years experience will also be considered.

• Strong Corporate Finance background

• Business development skills

• Sound M&A, IPO, ECM experience

• Fluent English and Business Fluent Mandarin
