Bentley is seeking to add additional senior-level investment bankers with industry expertise, or functional expertise such as private placements or mergers & acquisitions. Bentley will also consider experienced generalist investment bankers.  Positions are only available in New York City.

The firm's compensation structure has an extremely high payout to its Managing Directors who originate and/or execute client transactions.

We look for people with a minimum of eight years relevant experience, preferably at major Wall Street firms. We are seeking people who not only have excellent experience and credentials, but who also have two other key ingredients. First, we want true team players who are willing to share their ideas and expertise since we operate in a collegial style. Second, we need truly entrepreneurial professionals who want to be part of the continued growth of our high quality firm.
