Reporting to the Senior management you will be responsible for managing aspects of a due diligence report, comprising analysis for: due diligence, budgets, cash flows and normalized earnings.

As a qualified chartered accountant, CA or ACCA, you will bring several years audit experience combined with the ability and experience to take it to the next step. You will understand the moving parts of a balance sheet and cashflows and be able to digest a business from its numbers, moreover, you will be able to present it verbally and through a comprehensive report. Either, experience through a transaction services team, or from the banking industry in an analytical role will stand you well for this opportunity. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
