Reporting to the Head of Financial & Marketing Analysis, this is an extremely exciting position in a newly formed team. The role will support support the Vice President of the ECA Business Development team in the establishment and running of financial models and other analytical tools used for commercial structuring and decision making.  The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience of building models and DCF firm valuations. AES is looking for a dynamic self-starter with strong communication skills. 

The role will include:

• Developing and maintaining financial business models of specific projects and portfolio businesses for commercial decision making and business valuations

• Communicate findings and recommendations through presentations, reports and discourse to Project Directors and Regional VPs

• Provide support where required in the origination, development, refinement and audit of existing business and forecasting models

• Advanced Excel is essential
