One of the world’s leading private equity investment groups with c$35bn of asset under management is looking to hire a PR manager to join its UK communications team. You will be responsible for building relationships with journalists and working with the PR agency to devise and implement press strategies. You will be expected to build strong ties with the different internal departments including the investment and HR teams to assist them in the production of communication materials for different stakeholder as well as participating in global communications projects.

To be successful in the application process, you should have:

• Strong academic background
• Experience in financial PR or journalism
• Contacts and understanding of the UK financial media
• Very good knowledge and understanding of the financial market, in particular of private equity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be confident, self sufficient and flexible
