The job is part of the Licensing Finance Team and is in place to:

Thoroughly analyse licensees? performance and expected performance Provide a forecast to management and corporate head quarters Provide support on financial topics

Key Result Areas:

Forecasting and Planning Business Analysis Business Reporting

Main Tasks:

Monitoring, developing and reviewing quarterly financial forecasts:

Development of calendarised annual budgets and forecasts Monitoring forecasts versus actual results Ad hoc queries and analysis upon request of management

Ad-hoc Financial Analysis:

Licensee profitability analysis Country profitability analysis

Coordinate Licensee Audit Program

Work with Client's Internal Audit Dept and Licensing Managers to select licensees for an audit Negotiate with licensees on the financial settlement of the audit findings

Requirements:

Educational background:

An MBA-degree or equivalent degree

Professional experience:

Two - Five years of finance experience in a multi-national company

Personal attributes:

Ability to work independently, taking initiative for improvement Being able to look behind the numbers and assess impact on business of licensees and our business unit

Timeliness, accuracy and completeness of forecasting Quality of Licensee Business Analysis Results of licensees? audits
