We are looking for an investor database/website/client services analyst to work in the private equity division of the Investor Relations department. At least 3 years of experience required.

Description: Summary:

We are looking for an investor database/website/client services analyst to work in the private equity division of the Investor Relations department. At least 3 years of experience in a consulting or client services environment is preferred. Responsibilities Include:

Manage and update the online investor reporting system Assume responsibility for managing and updating the internal investor database (Investran) Maintain data integrity of database Play an active role with Intralinks online portal transition; managing this from an IR perspective Liaising with Accounting/Tax/Treasury departments and information technology consultants with respect to the investor database and website Responsible for entering/uploading new fund information into database and website as well as streamlining current information Respond to investor requests regarding investor reporting website, changes to contact information and wiring information Assist with other special projects as needed Skills Required: Technical Skills considered a plus; working with data; SQL; crystal reports; VBA. Full proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, especially Excel Experience using Investran database program and/or Intralinks is preferred A proficient level of Fund administration / back-office experience would be preferred, but is not essential Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask at all levels Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to interact with clients on a daily basis Bright, quick learner, motivated and proactive Enjoys working in a team environment
