The Corporate Risk Solution Manager will be responsible for: 1. Relationship Management with: • Key business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and to set clear expectations • EIS (Corporate Technology) leaders from project management and production support functions • Provide communications and training to users and stakeholders about options, requirements and training 2. Manage the Cognos Reporting Development in Strategic and Tactical Solutions • Lead the articulation of the business and functional requirements for the cognos environments • providing recommendations for solution architectures to meet business needs and communication trade-offs in design decisions • manage and escalate issues and concerns to appropriate management • Provide SME assistance and knowledge transfer about the data and the environment to the other Credit and Bank teams (Data Quality, Finance, Internal Controls and Reporting and Data Services) • work with EIS to implement an environment that supports the changing and evolving business needs within the required timeframes • managing a team of onshore an offshore report developers to ensure that the code components within the Cognos development process is delivered to business use requirements. • overseeing the design and development of the Cognos FM and solution to meet user requirements. • provides project estimates (resources, timeline, infrastructure) and ensures that commitments are properly delivered. • defines and decides the resourcing for development and enhancements to Cognos, development scheduling, manages and provides reporting status to project team. Raises and resolves project and reporting issues. • Working with business stakeholders on priorities and defining clear requirements • Responsible for the effective knowledge transfer of the documentation and code to the Production Team • Assisting with Executive and user communication decks to effectively communicate initiatives, objectives, status, issues and to obtain buy-in for joint solutions • assist with change management of CRM to broaden scope and responsibilities for analysis and portfolio management • Leverage the enterprise and Risk owned tools and applications to efficiently meet objectives • Assisting with Executive and user communication decks to effectively communicate initiatives, objectives, status, issues and to obtain buy-in for joint solutions

Experience in data sourcing, application development and BI tools is required. Experience with Risk and Finance corporate functions is strongly preferred The individual needs to be able to translate business and data requirements to technical implementation. The individual needs to be able to connect the dots across projects to understand the effect on data and the changes that may be required. The work requires multi-tasking capabilities, and self-direction to meet goals. A strong emphasis on quality and attention to detail exists. A strong emphasis on project management - resource requirements, estimates, project planning.

Requirements: 1. Bachelors Degree 2. Application and database solution management (DB2, Abinitio, Cognos, .Net, SQL server) 3. Professional experience in financial services 4. Project Management experience 5. Experience with large technology initiatives 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills 7. Experience with database design and storage 8. Experience with managing offshore teams
