A top tier real estate focused investment research firm is aggressively seeking an experienced equity research associate for their growing team. The Research Associate must have at least two years of experience on the sellside, a strong knowledge of the buyside community, strong references from both sellside and buyside personnel, and is highly motivated to advance into a senior analyst role. The ideal candidate also has excellent writing and communication skills, a basic understanding of Wall Street finance, and experience working well with a large multi-faceted research team.
